Very soon, Green Alternatives will be offering you online shopping
capabilities. Please note that all purchases paid by credit card will be
charged to the card when items are shipped.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We will gladly accept returns on unopened, unused products for a refund or
exchange within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase. A copy of the
receipt along with the unused product in original packaging must be included.
Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone
within 24 hours of placing your order.
