RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Green Alternatives gladly accepts returns for exchange or refund on unopened, unused items within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt, along with the unused product in original packaging, must be included.

For all internet orders, returns are accepted following the same stipulations noted above within two (2) weeks from delivery date. Green Alternatives, unfortunately, does not refund shipping to or from the customer.
